Overview

This European Standard specifies requirements for the design of unfired pressure vessels covered by EN 13445-1:2014 and constructed of steels in accordance with EN 13445-2:2014. EN 13445-5:2014. This part applies to the design and calculation of vessels before commissioning. It can also be used, with appropriate adaptations, for calculations or analytical verifications during operation. The responsible German committee is NA 012-00-05 AA "Unbefeuerte Druckbehälter" ("Unfired pressure vessels") at DIN Standards Committee Chemical Apparatus Engineering (FNCA).
