This part of the European Standard specifies the design and calculation of metallic industrial piping, including its supports, as covered by EN 13480. This document (EN 13480-3:2012/A1:2017) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 267 "Industrial piping and pipelines", the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR (France). The responsible German committee is Working Committee NA 082-00-17 AA "Industrielle Rohrleitungen und Rohrfernleitungen" ("Industrial piping and pipeline") at DIN Standards Committee Piping and Boiler Plant (NARD).
