This document describes the requirements for the testing of metallic industrial piping in accordance with the specifications in EN 13480-1, which are to be carried out during production and installation in accordance with EN 13480-4 on individual prefabricated assemblies (spools) or piping systems, including supports, designed in accordance with EN 13480-3 and EN 13480-6 (if applicable). This document has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 267 "Industrial piping and pipelines", the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR (France). Working Committee NA 082-00-17 AA "Industrielle Rohrleitungen" ("Industrial piping") of DIN Standards Committee Piping and Boiler Plant (NARD) is responsible for the German collaboration.
