Overview
This document (FprEN 1429:2013) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 336 "Bituminous binders", the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR (France). The responsible German committee is Joint Working Committee NA 062-03-32 GA "Bitumen; Prüfverfahren und Anforderungen für die Bindemittel" ("Bitumen; test methods and specifications of binders") at the Materials Testing Standards Committee (NMP) and the Building and Civil Engineering Standards Committee (NABau) at DIN. This European Standard specifies methods utilising sieving for the determination of the quantity of coarse particles of binder present in bitumen emulsions, and for the determination of storage stability.
