Overview
This standard specifies requirements for the quality management system for the production of solid recovered fuels from the reception of waste(s) up to the delivery of solid recovered fuels. The goal of the standard is the development of a Quality Management System (QMS) for SRF production and trade that provides for continual improvement, emphasising the fulfilment of quality requirements. The future standard is intended to present a basis for the development/further development of a QMS for a solid recovered fuels supplier organization. The standard has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 343 "Solid recovered fuels", the secretariat of which is held by SFS (Finland). The responsible German committee is Working Committee NA 062-05-83 AA "Sekundärbrennstoffe" ("Recovered fuels") of NMP.
