This document contains the update of Annex ZA on the relationship with EU Directive 2008/57/EC on the interoperability of the rail system within the Community. This directive replaces, as a new edition, the previous Directives 96/48/EC "Interoperability of the trans-European high-speed rail system" and 2001/16/EC "Interoperability of the conventional rail system", including their amendments. The other technical contents of DIN EN 15461:2008-10 have not been changed.
