It is applicable to aluminium tubes used for packing pharmaceutical, cosmetic, hygiene, food and other domestic and industrial products. The document has been prepared by CEN/TC 261 "Packaging". The responsible national committee is NA 115-02-08 AA "Tuben" ("Tubes") at the Packaging Standards Committee (NAVp).
