This document deals with environmental conditions in space engineering. This standard can be designed for the specific characteristics and specifications of a space project according to ECSS-S-ST-00. This document (EN 16603-10-04:2015) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/CLC/TC 5 "Aerospace" the secretariat of which is held by DIN. This document is based on ECSS-E-ST-10-04C. This document replaces EN 14092:2002. This document has specifically been prepared for dealing with space systems and therefore take precedence over any European standards since it has the same scope but a larger scope of application (for example aerospace).
