Overview

This European Standard specifies requirements for three types of non-bonded fluoroplastic lined hoses and hose assemblies for conveying liquid or gaseous chemical substances. The hose assemblies are intended for use with the conveyed chemicals in the temperature range from -70 °C to +260 °C at a working pressure of up to 360 bar. This European Standard has been prepared by CEN/TC 218/WG 1 "Rubber and plastics hoses and hose assemblies for industrial, chemical and petrochemical applications" (secretariat: Germany). As the national mirror committee Working Committee NA 104-02-01 AA "Schlauchleitungen" ("Hose assemblies") at NATank is responsible.
