DIN EN 1993-4-1 contains provisions for the structural design of free-standing or supported steel silos of circular or rectangular plan-form. European Amendment EN 1993-4-1:2007/A1:2017 has been incorporated into this new edition. The committee responsible for this standard is NA 005-08-16 AA "Tragwerksbemessung (SpA CEN/TC 250/SC 3)" ("Design of structures (SpA CEN/TC 250/SC 3)") at DIN.
