Overview
This amendment to DIN EN 1994-1-2:2010-12 modifies the application conditions for the simple calculation method in accordance to Annex H in relation to the relative slenderness. EN 1994 deals with the design of composite steel and concrete structures for the accidental situation of fire exposure and shall be used in conjunction with EN 1994-1-1 and EN 1991-1-2. This European Standard has been prepared by experts of CEN/TC 250 "Structural Eurocodes". The body responsible for this standard is NA 005-52-22 AA "Konstruktiver baulicher Brandschutz (SpA zu ISO/TC 92/SC 2/WG 11 und Teilbereichen von CEN/TC 250" ("Structural fire design (national mirror committee for ISO/TC 92/SC 2/WG 11 and sub-sections of CEN/TC 250)")) at DIN.
