Overview
This National Annex contains determined parameters which are necessary in Germany for the geotechnical aspects of design of structures, for the evaluation of geotechnical data, use of ground improvement, reinforcement, drainage and fill, geotechnical design of spread and pile foundations, anchorages, retaining structures, embankments, slopes and rules for geotechnical calculations, for example, earth pressure, water pressure. The Committee responsible for this standard is NA 005-05-01 AA "Sicherheit im Erd- und Grundbau (SpA zu CEN/TC 250/SC 7/PT 1)" ("Safety of earthworks and foundations (Mirror Committee of CEN/TC 250/SC 7/PT 1)") at DIN.
