This document constitutes the National Annex to DIN EN 1997-2:2010-10 "Eurocode 7: Geotechnical design - Part 2: Ground investigation and testing". This National Annex contains national provisions which are required for the application of Eurocode EN 1997-2 in Germany. It covers decisions on the application of informative annexes and of standards on methods on testing rock and soil in the laboratory. This standard only applies in conjunction with DIN EN 1997-2:2010-10. This document (DIN EN 1997-2/NA) has been prepared by the Building and Civil Engineering Standards Committee (NABau) of DIN, the German Institute for Standardization e. V., Working Committee NA 005-05-06 AA "Untersuchungen von Boden und Fels" ("Testing of soil and rock").
