DIN EN 1999-1-2:2026-08

This document deals with the design of aluminum structures for the special load case of fire exposure. EN 1999-1-2 contains additional and deviating provisions to the design rules for structures at normal temperatures. As part of the revision of the document carried out under mandate M/515, all content has been reviewed and completely revised from a technical perspective. The document has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 250 "Structural Eurocodes", the secretariat of which is held by BSI (United Kingdom). The work is being mirrored and technically supported by DIN Working Committee NA 005-52-22 AA "Konstruktiver baulicher Brandschutz (Spiegelausschuss zu Teilbereichen von CEN/TC 250)" ("Structural fire protection (Mirror Committee of parts of CEN/TC 250)") at DIN Standards Committee Building and Civil Engineering (NABau).
