The standard EN 3459:2010 specifies the requirements relating to titanium alloy TI-P63001 (Ti-4Al-4Mo-2Sn), solution treated and aged, plates 6 mm < a ≤ 50 mm for aerospace applications. The standard EN 3459:2010 has been prepared by ASD-STAN, Technical Section Metallic Materials, with the participation of German experts of the Aerospace Standards Committee. The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 131-01-02 AA "Titan" ("Titanium") of the Aerospace Standards Committee at DIN.
