This European Standard provides an extension of the protection profile for a secure signature creation device that internally generates signing keys and is able to export the public key in protected manner. The aim of this protection profile is to ensure the functional safety and reliability of signature creation devices. In conjunction with other parts of the DIN EN 419211 standard series this standard provides the basis for secure and reliable data communication.
