Overview
This document specifies the list of product standards and common characteristics of electrical cables for general purpose with conductors in aluminium or copper-clad aluminium, intended for installation in aircraft electrical systems. The EN 4681-002 standard has been prepared by the standardization organization ASD-STAN of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) with the participation of German experts at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL). The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 131-04-02 AA "Elektrische Leitungen" ("Electric cables") at DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL).
