CENELEC has not specified a dow for EN 50119:2009. As the previous standard has been cited in the Technical Specification Interoperability TSI Highspeed (K(2008)807) under Council Directive 96/48/EC, K 351 decided to refine its continued validity. The responsible Committee is Subcommittee UK 351.2 "Ortsfeste Anlagen" ("Fixed installations") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
