The European Amendment officially corrects the standard DIN EN 50134-3 (VDE 0830-4-3):2012-11 "Alarm systems - Social alarm systems - Part 3: Local unit and controller". The responsible committee is DKE/UK 713.1 "Gefahrenmelde- und Überwachungsanlagen" ("Alarm and surveillance systems") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
