Overview
The standard sheets of this loose-leaf publication specify requirements for lamp holders, which are important for interchangeability of a lamp with a certain cap in the corresponding lamp holder. Through Amendments A47 and A48, the requirements for holders E27 (7004-21-10) G10q (7004-54-4), G22 (7004-75-4), P32d and PK32d (7004-111-4), GX10 (7004-144-2) as well as WP3.3x14.5 (7004-164-2) have been revised. New requirements for holders GX51 (7004-167-1), K12s (7004-168-1), PGJX28 (7004-169-1) as well as GUZ 10 (7004-170-1) have been supplemented. The subcommittee responsible for this standard is UK 521.2 "Lampensockel und -fassungen" ("Lamp caps and holders") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
