Overview

During the printing of German standard DIN EN 60335-2-81 (VDE 0700-81), transfer errors occurred which have been corrected in this Corrigendum. It was noticed that the foreword and the endorsement notice of Amendment A2 had been adopted incorrectly. With this Corrigendum, both the foreword and the endorsement notice text have been reproduced without errors in order to avoid misunderstandings. The responsible committee is UK 511.9 "Schmiegsame Wärmegeräte" ("Flexible heating appliances") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
