Detail specifications not complying with these requirements may not be considered as being in accordance with IEC specification nor shall they so be described. The responsible Committee is K 611 "Kondensatoren" ("Capacitors") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
