Overview

This standard covers connectors for electric and electronic applications. By conducting the test described in this standard it is established if a cable clamp is suitable to prevent twisting of the cable/wire bundle in case of cable torsion. The responsible Committee is K 651 "Steckverbinder" ("Connectors") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) of DIN and VDE.
