The responsible Committee is Subcommittee UK 513.4 "Heiz- und Wärmegeräte") ("Heating appliances") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE. The previous draft standard was E DIN IEC 60704-2-2:2002-07.
