Overview
This part of IEC 60747 provides the terminology, the ratings and characteristics, as well as the measuring methods for microwave integrated circuit power amplifiers. Compared to DIN EN 60747-16-1: 2007, the following clauses have been changed or revised: - 3 Terms; - 5.7 Output power limiting and linearity deviation of output power limiting; - 5.11 Intermodulation distortion (dual tone); - 5.18 Power-related efficiency; - 5.19 nth-order harmonic distortion ratio; - 5.21 Disturbance strength at fixed load standing voltage wave ratio; - 5.22 Adjacent-channel power ratio. The responsible Committee is DKE/UK 631.1 "Einzel-Halbleiterbauelemente" ("Discrete semiconductor devices") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
