With this corrigendum the date of application for the European Standard as DIN standard approved by CENELEC on 2011-12-22 has been corrected to 2012-09-01. A transitional period until 2012-12-22 applies for DIN EN 60874-1-1:2007-06. The responsible committee is Subcommittee UK 412.7 "LWL-Verbindungstechnik und passive optische Komponenten" ("Fibre optic interconnecting devices and passive optical components") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
