Overview

This Amendment 1 answers various questions that have arisen in the application of the standard. These include supplementary information on 6.2.2 and several editorial corrections. The application of ACK has been clarified. Information has been added under B.3. In addition, notes under "Bibliography" are modified and a new reference to Annex ZA has been added. The responsible committee is DKE/K 738 "Elektronische Navigationsinstrumente" ("Electronic navigation equipment") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
