Overview

This standard specifies dimensions, requirements and tests for CQA series RF coaxial connectors. These connectors have a characteristic impedance of 50 ohms and are connected to coaxial cables or micro strips. The operating frequency limit is up to 18 GHz at the least. The responsible committee is Subcommittee UK 412.4 "Passive HF- und Mikrowellenbauelemente" ("RF and microwave passive components") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
