Due to the European Corrigendum, Annex ZA "Normative references to international publications with their corresponding European publications" has been added. The responsible national Working Committee is Working Group AK 351.1.3 "Elektrische Maschinen" ("Electrical machinery") of Subcommittee UK 351.1 "Fahrzeuge" ("Rolling stock") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
