Overview

For projects in the process industry experience has shown that the partners involved engage in time-consuming and cost-intensive discussions in order to specify the activities and responsibilities to be provided by owners and contractors in advance of the handover of plants. Therefore, this standard defines corresponding phases and milestones during the commissioning of the electrical, instrumentation and control systems. The responsible committee is DKE/K 941 "Engineering" ("Engineering") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.

Replacement amendments

This document replaces DIN EN 62337:2007-09 .
