Overview
This standard specifies the testing of the performance of lithium-ion accumulators and batteries. The purpose of this standard is to describe a general basic testing methodology that functions on the basis of the general primary testing of lithium-ion batteries and accumulators that can be used in different battery installations. The responsible committee is DKE/K 371 "Akkumulatoren" ("Secondary cells and batteries") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
