Overview
This standard applies to circular table saws with a toothed blade up to a blade diameter of 315 mm, for cutting wood and similar materials, plastics and non-ferrous metals other than magnesium, which may hereafter be referred to simply as saws or power tools. This Corrigendum supplements Clause 23 and takes into account the extension of the dow (latest date by which national standards that conflict with this document shall be withdrawn) in the European Foreword according to CENELEC document BT151/DG9775/DL (Decision D151/C140) of September 2015. The responsible committee is DKE/K 514 "Elektrowerkzeuge" ("Electric tools") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
