Overview
This standard describes a measurement method to determine the thermal transmittance of hermetically sealed multiple glazings with flat and parallel surfaces including cast glass and patterned rolled glass. The determination of the thermal transmittance is performed for conditions which correspond to the average situation for glazing in practice. The method in accordance with EN 674 should generally only be applied when the calculation method in accordance with EN 673 is not applicable or unsuitable.
