Overview
The measurement conditions specified in this document reproduce, as far as possible, the practical operation of household washer-dryers in order to determine the noise emissions and the comparability of the measurement results in different laboratories with sufficient accuracy. It is recommended that the determination of noise emission values be considered as part of a comprehensive test procedure covering the characteristics and numerous aspects of the performance of household washer-dryers. This document contains the following significant technical changes compared to EN IEC 60704-2-16:2019 (including EN IEC 60704-2-16:2019/A11:2020): - update of obsolete references (see Annex ZA).
