Overview

This part of IEC 63522 is used for testing in conjunction with the corresponding severities and conditions for measurements and tests. These tests serve to evaluate the test specimens' resistance to expected environmental influences during transport, storage, and under operating conditions. The object of this test is to define a standard test method for evaluation of appropriate materials to withstand mechanical pressure at elevated temperatures without undue deformation. Application of this document increases investment security for manufacturers and users, while testing laboratories and manufacturers are provided with defined information for testing.
