DIN EN ISO 11357-3 specifies a method for the determination of the temperatures and enthalpies of melting and crystallization of crystalline or partially crystalline plastics. The text of ISO 11357-3:2011 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 61 "Plastics" (secretariat: SAC, China) and has been adopted as EN ISO 11357-3:2012 by Technical Committee CEN/TC 249 "Plastics", the secretariat of which is held by NBN, Belgium. The responsible national working committee is NA 054-01-03 AA "Physikalische, rheologische und analytische Prüfungen" ("Physical, rheological and analytical tests") at the Plastics Standards Committee (FNK) at DIN.
