Overview
This part of the standard specifies test procedures for the acquisition and presentation of multipoint data on the following thermal and processing properties of plastics: - enthalpy/temperature curve; - linear-expansion/temperature curve; - melt shear viscosity. The International Standard ISO 11403-2:2012 has been prepared by ISO/TC 61/SC 2 "Mechanical properties" (secretariat: AENOR, Spain). The committee responsible for the European Standard EN ISO 11403-2:2012 is CEN/TC 249, the secretariat of which is held by NBN (Belgium). On the national level, the committee responsible for the standard is Working Committee NA 054-01-02 AA "Mechanische Eigenschaften und Probekörperherstellung" ("Mechanical properties and preparation of test specimens") of the FNK.
