This International Standard specifies a method for calculating the thermal transmittance of curtain walls consisting of glazed and/or opaque panels fitted in, or connected to, frames. This standard differs from DIN EN 13947:2007-07 as follows: a) Method for calculating the thermal effect of screws using a 2D numerical method and the procedures specified in EN ISO 10077-2:2012 has been revised in Annex C; b) Annexes B and D have been revised. The responsible German committee is NA 005-56-97 AA "Transparente Bauteile" ("Transparent components") at the Building and Civil Engineering Standards Committee (NABau).
