Overview
This International Standard specifies the maximum defects and damage allowed before a flat wooden pallet shall be repaired, and defines the minimum repair criteria to be applied. This International Standard is applicable to wooden flat pallets repaired with wood based components. This document (EN ISO 18613:2014) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 51 "Pallets for unit load method of materials handling" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 261 "Packaging" (secretariat: AFNOR, France). The responsible German body involved in its preparation is Working Committee NA 115-03-07 AA "Paletten" ("Pallets") of the DIN Standards Committee Packaging (NAVp).
