DIN EN ISO 19065-1:2015-03

This document (FprEN ISO 19065-1:2014) establishes a system of designation for acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate (ASA), acrylonitrile-(ethylene-propylene-diene)-styrene (AEPDS) and acrylonitrile-(chlorinated polyethylene)-styrene (ACS) moulding and extrusion materials, which may be used as the basis for specifications. The following changes were made with respect to DIN EN ISO 6402-1:2003-02: a) the standard designation has been changed to DIN EN ISO 19065-1; b) the data block system has been simplified to connect more to ISO 1043 and ISO 11469, where the first two blocks are used for generic identification and marking f products; c) the normative references have been updated; d) the document has been editorially revised. This document (FprEN ISO 19065-1:2014) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 61 "Plastics" in collaboration Technical Committee CEN/TC 249 "Plastics" the secretariat of which is held by NBN (Belgium). The responsible German standardisation committee at DIN is Working Committee NA 054-02-10 AA "Thermoplast-Formmassen" ("Thermoplastic materials") at the Plastics Standards Committee (FNK).
