DIN EN ISO 217:2013-12

This document (DIN EN ISO 217:2013) has been created by adoption of the international document ISO/FDIS 217/2013 which has been prepared by International Committee ISO/TC 6 "Paper, board and pulps" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 172 "Pulp, paper and board", the secretariat of which is held by DIN (Germany). The national mirror committee is NA 074-01-12 AA "Papier und Papierprodukte für Datenverarbeitung, Büro und Schule" ("Paper and paper products for electronic data processes, office and school"). The following should be explicitly noted: During a routine revision, ISO/TC 6 "Paper, board and pulps" decided to delete the references to the ISO-A-series in EN ISO 216. No further modifications have been made. Regarding the process this also means that an ISO/DIS is waived and a final draft will be published immediately (ISO/FDIS or FprEN ISO). This will automatically result in technical objections generally not being taken into consideration.
