DIN EN ISO 4017:2011-07

This standard specifies the characteristics of hexagon head screws with threads from M1,6 up to and including M64, of product grade A for threads M1,6 to M24 and nominal lengths up to and including 10d or 150 mm, whichever is the shorter, and product grade B for threads over M24 or nominal lengths over 10d or 150 mm, whichever is the shorter. In the new edition of this standard, the dates from the normative references have been eliminated in order to allow, beyond doubt, the application of each current version of a standard to which reference is made. Furthermore, necessary corrigenda have been incorporated into the document. This document (EN ISO 4017:2011) has been prepared by ISO/TC 2 "Fasteners", in collaboration with CEN/TC 185 "Fasteners" (secretariat: DIN, Germany). The responsible German committee is Working Committee NA 067-00-02 AA "Verbindungselemente mit metrischem Außengewinde" ("Fasteners with metric external threads") of the Fasteners Standards Committee (FMV).
