Overview
The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 062-06-16 AA "Precision of test methods" at Technical Committee Mineralöl- und Brennstoffnormung (FAM) (Standardization Committee for petroleum, fuels, lubricants and related products (FAM)) at DIN Standards Committee Materials Testing (NMP). This document specifies statistical methodology for assessing the expected agreement between two test methods that purport to measure the same property of a material, and for deciding if a simple linear bias correction (correction of systematic deviation) can further improve the expected agreement.
