This document specifies the requirements for two types of polymer-reinforced thermoplastics hoses and hose assemblies for suction and discharge applications with kerosene, heating oil, diesel fuel, and lubricating oils in the temperature range -10 °C to +45 °C. This document has been prepared by ISO/TC 45 "Rubber and rubber products" (secretariat: DSM, Malaysia), SC 1 "Hoses" (secretariat: DSM, Malaysia) and has been adopted by CEN/TC 218 "Rubber and plastics hoses and hose assemblies", the secretariat of which is held by BSI (United Kingdom). The responsible national standardizing committee is NA 104-02-01 AA "Schlauchleitungen" ("Hose assemblies") at DIN Standards Committee Tank Installations (NATank).
