Overview
The document specifies the dimensions, steel grade and methods of use for calibration block No. 2 for calibrating ultrasonic testing equipment for the testing of steel welds. This document (EN ISO 7963:2010) of Technical Committee CEN/TC 138 "Non-destructive testing" is the adoption of the International Standard ISO 7963:2006 which has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 135 "Non-destructive testing". The responsible German Committee is Working Committee NA 062-08-23 AA "Ultraschallprüfung" ("Ultrasonic testing") of the Materials Testing Standards Committee (NMP).
