DIN EN ISO 8765:2011-06

This standard specifies the characteristics of hexagon head bolts with metric fine pitch thread with nominal thread diameters, d, from 8 mm to 64 mm, of product grade A for nominal thread diameters, d, from 8 mm to 24 mm and nominal lengths, l, up to and including 10d or 150 mm, whichever is the shorter, and of product grade B for nominal thread diameters, d, over 24 mm or nominal lengths, l, over 10d or 150 mm, whichever is the shorter. In the new edition of this standard, the dates from the normative references have been eliminated in order to allow, beyond doubt, the application of each current version of a standard to which reference is made. This document (EN ISO 8765:2011) has been prepared by ISO/TC 2 "Fasteners" , in collaboration with CEN/TC 185 "Fasteners" (secretariat: DIN, Germany). The responsible German Committee is NA 067-00-02 AA "Verbindungselemente mit metrischem Außengewinde" ("Fasteners with metric external threads") of the Fasteners Standards Committee (FMV).
