Overview

Within the framework of the revision of ISO 11201, a grade 1 method has been added. It shall be clarified which of the two methods shall be used in order to refer correctly to this standard in the future. A note included in the scope points out that grade 1 methods are normally not feasible for textile machinery. The committee responsible for this standard is NA 106-02-01 AA "Gemeinschaftsarbeitsausschuss BG Textil/Textilnorm: Sicherheitsanforderungen und Lärmminderung für Textilmaschinen; SpA zu ISO/TC 72/SC 8/WG 1 und CEN/TC 214/WG 1" ("Textile machinery - Safety requirements and noise reduction; Mirror Committee to SO/TC 72/SC 8/WG 1, ISO/TC 72/SC 8/WG 2, ISO/TC 72/SC 10, CEN/TC 214/WG 1 and CEN/TC 214/WG 4") at DIN.
