This standard specifies dimensions and tolerances for bars for drop wires for electrical warp stop motions with continuous contact rail (form E1) or inner split contact rail (form E2). The warp-stop motion is an installation for stopping a weaving machine after warp end breakages have been detected. Warp-stop motions are known all over the world. Their design enables safe warp monitoring and easy handling of weaving mills. The committee responsible for this standard is NA 106-02-09 AA "Kettvorbereitung und Webereimaschinen; SpA zu ISO/TC 72/SC 1 und SC 3" ("Warp preparation machinery and weaving machinery; German mirror committee to ISO/TC 72/SC 1 and SC 3") at DIN.
