DIN ISO 18599:2016-08

This International Standard specifies the dimensions and execution of strips for water nozzle solidification including their designation. With the publication of DIN ISO 18599, DIN ISO 60006 will be withdrawn. The following changes have been made: a) an introductory element has been added to the title; b) ISO 18599 has been adopted; c) the number of the standard has been changed; d) a nozzle diameter of D = 0,15 has been added; e) Clauses 3, 4 and 5 have been more clearly arranged; f) the number and distance of nozzle rows have been included as Table 4 and Table 5; g) a new Clause 4 "Specifications" has been included; h) Clause 5 "Designation of jet strips" has been brought in line with ISO/IEC Directives Part 2, Annex G. Working Committee NA 106-02-10 AA "Spulerei, Spinnereimaschinen und Nonwoven" ("Spinning and winding machinery and nonwoven") at DIN Standards Committee Textiles and Textile Machinery (Textilnorm) is responsible for this standard.
