DIN ISO 45004:2025-11

This document is intended to help organizations effectively monitor, measure, analyze, and evaluate their occupational health and safety (OH&S) performance. The assessment of OH&S performance encompasses the processes that the organization uses to evaluate the adequacy of activities designed to achieve the intended results. OH&S performance is typically assessed through a combination of processes and information sources such as accident investigations, inspections, audits, qualitative and quantitative indicators, cultural surveys, and interviews. This standard is the national adoption of ISO 45004:2024. The responsible national standardization committee is Working Committee NA 175-00-02 AA "Management für Sicherheit und Gesundheit bei der Arbeit" ("Occupational health and safety management systems") at DIN Standards Committee Organizational Processes (NAOrg).
